dean&david stands for carefully selected, fresh, high-quality natural ingredients that are free from flavour enhancers, animal gelatine, colourings and preservatives. In short: healthy according to the motto: WE CARE, YOU EAT. It all started in 2007 when David Baumgartner opened the first branch in Munich. Since then, the concept has been growing in Germany and spreading around the world. In the meantime, their customers can enjoy their products in over 100 stores in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other countries. New franchise partners are constantly being added which ensures continued growth of the concept.
The project
As they increase their scope, their responsibility towards their employees increases as well. Knowledge must arrive exactly where it is needed. The biggest challenge of online education and training for their approximately 1,700 employees is to convert the mainly practical learning content into e-learning sessions. To make this particularly clear, learning videos were produced and target group-oriented teaching materials were created. Instead of hard-hitting examination situations, knowledge is to be triggered and learning is to be made fun. The implementation of a blended learning concept is planned for the future.
