dm-drogerie markt GmbH & Co KG was founded in 1973 by Prof. Götz W. Werner in Karlsruhe. Today, the retailer is Germany’s top-selling chemists with around 41,000 employees. More than 1.7 million customers shop every day in the more than 2,000 dm stores that exist throughout Germany. Customers associate dm with trust, enthusiasm, sympathy and a forward-thinking approach.

The project

Sustainable action is deeply rooted at dm. In this way, the 41,000 employees of dm-drogerie markt are also to receive sustainable support. With the help of creatively and informatively prepared content, employees can tackle interactive learning content. From the start of training to in-depth topics, such as digitalisation and the economy, employees are trained in a target group-oriented manner.
